Important information
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits the legal rights available to you as a consumer.

1. About us
This website and the Brushworks online store are operated by Invogue Limited (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). Invogue Limited is the contracting seller for purchases made through this store.
- Registered office: 8 Queens Square, Ascot Business Park, Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, England, United Kingdom
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape it at unreasonable scale or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website when reasonably necessary. We take reasonable care to keep it available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Products, descriptions and prices
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability accurately. Colours and proportions can look different on different screens, and packaging or minor details may change without altering a product’s essential characteristics.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown before you complete checkout.
If we find an obvious price, description or availability error after an order is placed, we will contact you. We may cancel the affected item and refund it, or ask whether you want to proceed using the correct information.
Products sold through the consumer store are intended for personal use. We may reasonably limit quantities or decline orders linked to unauthorised resale, fraud or misuse.
4. Orders, contract formation and payment
Checkout lets you review and correct your order before submitting it. An acknowledgement email confirms that we received your order; it does not confirm acceptance.
A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation for the relevant products. If products are dispatched separately, a separate contract is formed for each dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, details appear incorrect, fraud is suspected, a restriction applies or an obvious error has occurred. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, estimates and charges are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates, but we will deliver within the period required by consumer law unless another period has been agreed.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We will make reasonable efforts to help with delays caused by incorrect information, but may not be able to recover or redirect an order after dispatch.
Responsibility for products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes after payment has been received in full.
See our Delivery information for more detail.
6. Cancellation and returns
UK consumers will usually have 14 days after receiving an online order to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the products.
To cancel, contact us with a clear statement identifying the order and products. You must take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
Some sealed products cannot be returned after opening where the seal protects health or hygiene, unless they are faulty. Personalised products and other statutory exceptions may also be excluded where applicable.
Unless a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you may be responsible for the direct return cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method and can be reduced if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product has diminished its value.
See our Returns and refunds information. Any voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products
Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where useful.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, product photography, logos, trade marks, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Invogue Limited and protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative works from its content without written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or use services such as payments, delivery, maps and social media. Their content and availability are outside our control, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
10. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where products were purchased wholly or mainly for personal use.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect.
11. Personal information
We use personal information as explained in our Privacy notice.
12. Contact, complaints and disputes
For questions about an order, product or these terms, use our Contact page or email info@brushworks.com.
Complaints can be sent to info@brushworks.com. We will review the issue and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
Mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply.
13. General
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services or the way the website operates. The version published when you place an order will apply to that purchase.
If any part is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and Invogue Limited has the right to enforce the contract between us.
