Q: How do you apply body tape?
A: Start on clean, dry skin with no moisturiser or oil, since anything on the surface stops it bonding. Work from the outside of the bust inward, smoothing as you go and setting the lift where you want it before pressing the tape down. Take your time on the first attempt.
Q: Does body tape actually give support?
A: Yes. It is designed to lift and hold rather than simply cover, and the stretch in the material means it moves with you instead of pulling. Skin needs to be clean and dry for the adhesive to hold properly through the day.
Q: How do you remove body tape without it hurting?
A: Warm water first, in the shower or with a warm flannel, which softens the adhesive. Then peel back slowly and low against the skin rather than pulling away from it. Never rip it off dry.
